Booking and Payment
- Booking: To reserve a photo booth for your event, you must complete our booking process and provide accurate event details.
- Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your event, as specified in your booking agreement.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may offer flexibility depending on the circumstances.
Use of Photo Booth
- Responsibility: You are responsible for the photo booth and its accessories from the time of setup until teardown. Any damage or loss caused during this period may result in additional charges.
- Guest Conduct: Guests using the photo booth must do so responsibly and respectfully. Any misuse of the equipment or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without refund.
- Venue Access: You must ensure that our team has access to the event venue at the agreed-upon times for setup and teardown of the photo booth.
Data and Content
- Media Usage: By using our photo booth, you grant us permission to capture and use media (photos and videos) from your event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during the event will only be used for the purposes of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Liability and Indemnity
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our photo booth.
- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or any breach of these terms.
Miscellaneous
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or equipment failure.
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
